Samsung SDI Battery Systems is a global technology leader in e-mobility. Together with our customers in the automotive industry, we develop and test innovative battery systems for automotive applications based on state-of-the-art lithium ion technology.

The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz. Samsung SDI is a full-service supplier for lithium ion cells, battery modules and battery packs for all electric vehicles as well as all types of hybrid vehicles.

Your core responsibilities are:

Independent development of test cases based on customer requirements and internal requirements
Conception and execution of manual and automated tests
Coordination and supervision of tests at external test centers
Independent documentation of test configurations and results
Analysis and interpretation of test data
Close cooperation with the Product Development in the analysis and elimination of errors

What you need is:

Completed university degree in automotive engineering, telematics or automation engineering or higher technical education with 3 years working experience
Interdisciplinary understanding (high voltage, electronics, mechanics)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Independent, systematic and process-oriented approach, high commitment and sense of responsibility
Good programming skills C/C++
Experience in the field of battery systems, drive and vehicle technology preferred
Very good English skills, German is an advantage

Our offer for you:

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 43.000.–

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
