Samsung SDI Battery Systems is a global technology leader in e-mobility. Together with our customers in the automotive industry, we develop and test innovative battery systems for automotive applications based on state-of-the-art lithium ion technology.

The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz. Samsung SDI is a full-service supplier for lithium ion cells, battery modules and battery packs for all electric vehicles as well as all types of hybrid vehicles.

Your core responsibilities are:

Leading of embedded software development project team for battery management systems (xEV) in an automotive process environment (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434)
Primary interface to the customer for software related topics
Coordination of the software development with system development, electronic hardware development and testing
Software feature rollout planning
Detailed planning of the development, implementation and validation of the embedded software
Compliance with development processes (Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262)

What you need is:

Relevant technical education (Bachelor, Master, PhD)
Several years of experience in software project management for automotive or industrial embedded applications
Proactive, systematic and process-oriented workstyle
Dedication and sense of responsibility
Teamplayer with strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Good command of the English language

Bonus skills:
Project management education / certification (IPMA, PMI)
Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
Experience with battery management systems for Lithium Ion batteries
Experience with related standards (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434)
Command of the German language

Our offer for you:

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 56.000.–

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
