Samsung SDI Battery Systems is a global technology leader in e-mobility. Together with our customers in the automotive industry, we develop and test innovative battery systems for automotive applications based on state-of-the-art lithium ion technology.

The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz. Samsung SDI is a full-service supplier for lithium ion cells, battery modules and battery packs for all electric vehicles as well as all types of hybrid vehicles.

Your core responsibilities are:

Align processes with business strategy
Evaluate existing processes, analyze implemented changes and recommend through adjustments to workflows, schedules or other processes as needed, while deploying technology
Discovery, development and review of business process models to support process-based management and business improvement (continuous improvement)
Establish policies and rules as well as facilitate changes in culture based on Headquarter regulations
Make decisions based on governance regulations and process
Guide and coach process owners on process implementation (concept, improvement, measurement modeling, techniques, etc.)

What you need is:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in technical university (TU/FH)
Minimum of 5 years experience in process management and modeling (Automotive background preferred)
Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and Stages-process management or equivalent tools
Quality Assurance knowledge and experience (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO19011 desired)
Information technology and Atlassian tools know-how is an advantage
Analytical thinking, independent and team-oriented work, strong communication and excellent organizational skills
CMMI or A-SPICE background is a benefit
Transformational competencies, such as project- and knowledge management as well as organizational change techniques required
Fluency in in English and German for both verbal and written communication (level B2 is a minimum) is a must

Our offer for you:

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 55.000.–

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
